Tania takes us on her own mental health journey where we discuss generational changes when it comes to burning out. She shares the wellbeing hacks her team at Finecast have implemented over the last few months from scented oils to giving compliments to one another.
Tania wholeheartedly believes that there needs to be a terminology shift - from 'sick days', to 'mental wellbeing days'. She emphasises that if we can talk about our own struggles now, during a pandemic, then we can help further educate future generations on mental health. Tania shares the importance of daily meditation, and admits it is what keeps her grounded daily. She encourages us all to check in with ourselves on a daily basis by reflecting on some simple questions.
