The process of applying for Life Insurance has always been cumbersome. The intensive form filling, paperwork and meetings were tedious for both brokers and customers. In addition, the compliance burden was resulting in advisers leaving the industry entirely. Partner’s Life approached us to create a dynamic sales tool that would re-imagine and simplify the whole experience, reshaping conversations between advisors and their clients.
The result was Evince, an industry leading digital experience that helps clients understand the need for life insurance and visualises the long term impact of unexpected life events, dramatically simplifying the process of getting life insurance, allowing advisers to build a narrative unique to their client’s situation, while making sure advice reflects regulatory changes. We achieved this by leveraging smart technology and data science, integrating smart defaults to anticipate answers, reduce manual data entry and improve the quality of the values entered resulting in a faster, more compelling customer experience, with far less overhead.
Evince is designed with the future in mind, with work already underway on the next set of features and optimisation that will improve the tool and continue to reshape the adviser-client relationship.
