When COVID-19 hit, overnight Phuel’s clients were faced with the challenge of keeping employees engaged, connected, productive and collaborating in a rapidly changing, uncertain, isolating, WFH environment. Phuel needed to build a new business to meet their clients’ needs - and do it quickly.

 

Online learning is traditionally either 1D (participant just listens and watches passively) or 2D (participants can also ask questions) with little or no interaction.

 

Phuel went 3D and launched Phuelify!

 

They brought everything they normally do in the physical training room into the employee’s living room! Fully live-facilitated, interactive and experiential online sessions complete with energisers, virtual breakout rooms, team challenges, discussion, debate, action and fun.

 

Within two weeks multiple clients such as Westpac, Cartology (Woolworths Group), Thales, Nutanix, Investa, CBA, RACQ, Priceline, Infosys Consulting Rabobank and others signed up.
