The NextGen Leaders program is a 10-week virtual learning series for tertiary students, recent graduates and those with 0-2 years of experience in any field. The program provides professional development for people who are looking to kick-start their career in our industry. It’s a unique opportunity to learn about WPP AUNZ and what creative transformation means for our clients, with an exclusive look into the roles of our people and the extraordinary work we create.
Over the course of 10 weeks, leaders and experts across our global WPP network, as well as clients and partners such as Google’s #IAmRemarkable and Allies in Recruiting, will deliver on-demand presentations. These will be supplemented by a live workshop series featuring our local talent and leaders, sharing their experiences about what makes WPP AUNZ special.
Who can apply?
We are calling for anyone with an ambitious curiosity for what we do; creativity, problem solving, tech transformation, communications, experience design and commerce!
If that sounds like you, and you fit one of these criteria, you’re welcome to apply.
This program is open and most relevant to:
- Recent tertiary graduates
- School leavers
- Anyone with 0-2 years professional experience
Participants will earn a certificate of completion for the training via Coursera, in addition to creating a new professional network of peers and WPP AUNZ experts.
You may also have the chance to secure a role within WPP AUNZ, if available, and all participants will be invited to join the alumni network.
- Application deadline – 14 May
- On-demand program – 7 June - 13 August
- Live workshop series commences September (facilitated locally, online with WPP AUNZ Leaders)
