The WPP AUNZ Wellbeing Programme is focused on the wellbeing of every person, to ensure they take care of themselves in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Our unique programme includes bespoke wellbeing training, activities, education and resources to help create a sustainable work environment where you perform at your best. Our businesses also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to provide qualified counselling and support for anyone in need.

Eligible employees receive $500 worth of WPP AUNZ shares and will be able to enjoy full benefits of share ownership in 2 years' time, as long as they are still employed by WPP AUNZ.

Participation in the Share Ownership Plan is open to permanent employees in wholly owned companies.
