WPP AUNZ Wins Star Entertainment Group’s Communications Account

Following a competitive pitch, WPP AUNZ has been appointed to partner with The Star Entertainment Group’s public relations function, reporting to George Hughes, Chief Marketing Officer and Anthony Cohen, Group General Manager, Guest Experience, Sponsorship and PR.

WPP AUNZ created a new agency model, ‘The Constellation’ which has been built for The Star Entertainment Group. The model brings together a range of communications experts into one team which will be led by Pulse (the consumer and brand marketing agency of opr), supported by WPP AUNZ agencies PPR, Maverick and Etcom, working in partnership with media agency Ikon.The Constellation will support The Star Entertainment Group’s overall Australian marketing strategy across its three resorts: The Star Sydney, The Star Gold Coast and Treasury Brisbane.
