The 2018 Forrester report noted Mirum’s global presence, pointing out Mirum’s collaboration and development tools to connect teams across its network. Mirum also received the highest scores possible in customer-experience strategy services, content services, analytics services, marketing services, digital experience technology services, and digital experience headcount criteria.

For the Forrester Wave Report, Forrester researches, analyzes, and scores 12 of the best midsize digital experience agencies, showing how each provider measures up to help application development and delivery professionals make the right choices.
Mirum was one of only 12 agencies asked to participate in the report.
