Fusion Named Episerver Digital Commerce Partner of the Year Asia Pacific

Fusion, an Australian strategy led digital agency, has been named the 2017 Episerver Digital Commerce Partner of the Year in Asia Pacific (APAC). This award recognizes the top-performing partners for their success in driving joint opportunities and the strategic contribution to the positioning and delivery of the Episerver platform to support digital commerce. Fusion was honored at the annual Episerver Ascend conference, which was held this week in Las Vegas.

To identify the partner recipients of its annual awards, Episerver looked at its network of qualified regional partners and considered the business value generated for customers by each and their success in implementing best practices for guiding digital strategy. Fusion stood out for these reasons as well as its expertise, design, and technology strategy.

The platform has also contributed to an uplift in revenue and improved customer satisfaction for our clients.

A highlight for Fusion in 2017 was the successful launch of two Episerver Commerce websites for Detpak and Paperpak. These brands are sub-brands of the Detmold Group, one of the largest food-service packaging companies in the world. Both the Detpak.com and Paperpak.co websites utilise Episerver’s multi-site functionality and the search power of Episerver Find, which allows content and products to be easily searched and shared between both of the sub-brand platforms.
