Welcome to WPP Team Models – a new way of working.

Collaboration is the key to the future. Being the largest group in the region, with a huge range of specialisations and breadth of capabilities, we have the ability to implement WPP’s Team Models in our region.
 
Team Models are about our people and companies collaborating in customised teams to focus on our client’s challenges; these models reduce complexity and most importantly produce more impactful work. WPP call this ‘horizontality’.
 
Already WPP globally operates over 46 Teams which represent over one third of revenue with over 38,000 employees working on major global clients.
 
The Team Models range from loose alliances through to more cohesive models.
